We are seeking a highly skilled, professional New Zealand-registered teacher with proven expertise in supporting diverse learners within inclusive environments to join our vibrant team within the Nelson Bays RTLB Service. Applicants are required to hold the prerequisite qualifications and demonstrate a willingness to undertake postgraduate RTLB study.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively across cluster schools throughout the Nelson and Tasman regions and provide support to kura (schools), kaiako (teachers), diverse learners, and whānau to promote positive learning and wellbeing outcomes.
Experience in culturally affirming practice and working effectively with mokopuna Māori, Pacific learners, and their whānau is an advantage. The successful applicant will also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals within the Learning Support Delivery Model, alongside a commitment to supporting the current Government’s education priorities.
Start date: Late January 2027.
A current full driver's licence and own vehicle are required.
